PAGEANT

Zoey has spent two decades in the world of pageantry, beginning her journey at just five years old. Through years of competition, growth, and perseverance, she has won many titles including Miss Hollywood Teen USA, International Junior Miss California Teen, National American Miss Nevada, National All-American Miss, and was most recently the USA National Miss California where she placed 2nd RU to the national crown.

For Zoey, pageantry has always been about more than a crown—it’s about confidence, resilience, authenticity, and showing up with heart. Those experiences inspired her to found Zoey Shockley Consulting, where she mentors and empowers young women to compete with confidence, embrace who they are, and win with heart—both on the stage and in life.
